Yarn bowls

This one is hickory. It has the 2 rings but not the seperating (small, vertical) wood

Another yarn bowl

On this bowl I've used maple with a dark walnut trim. I've also changed the design that I used a bit and did a bit differently in the bottom of the bowl.

Yarn Bowl

Larry just created this lovely yarn bowl for me. You put your ball of yarn in the bowl to keep it from rolling around, getting messy or dirty. It feeds through the hole in the side of the bowl.

Susan's stitching on Larry's casket

Larry custom made this casket to fit this design. Susan did exquisite stitching!

Items for Classes I teach

I teach classes for wood lathe bowl and vessel turning. I'm making samples for the students to decide what they would like to create.

This piece is another of the tall vessel's. This time I inset pieces of a darker wood as decorative accent.

I wonder what will be the most popular items for classes this year!
