This one is an ebony dye that has been put on.  The picture doesn't do it justice - it appears almost to be a brushed aluminum.  Very pretty.

My yarn bowls

Right is black walnut with yellow heart.  The one on the left is my new one - maple with black walnut trim.

I asked Larry to make me a pedistal bowl to use on my table.  I truly love how this turned out.

This is a gorgeous little vessal.  The trim is all purpleheart on light maple and the top comes off.

This bowl has everyother accent area cut out and left open.

On this one he used a variety of different woods together for the trim. 

This one is a shallower bowl than some of them.

This one is like the one above with the cut out parts - but easier to see with nothing inside the bowl.

Gift for our Granddaughter

This is a bowl made with special thoughts and prayers woven into each piece for a gift for our granddaughter's college graduation. 
Made of wavy hickory and Peruvian black walnut.

This bowl is made using alder as the main wood with a light maple trim.  I like the way these woods come together.

This is a kitchen utensil vessel made from mahogany with a light maple base.

Gift bowl

This bowl was made as a gift to a friend. The main wood is maple and the trim wood is mahogany...randomly placed for accent. I like the look of this one very much.

This is a birdseye maple vase that Larry made for me. The trim is black & white ebony.

This bowl is black walnut with light maple trim. The recipient of this bowl wanted a special look on the bottom of the bowl. I think it turned out very nicely.

This is a segmented scissor holder incorporating 3 different woods. It could also be a vase.

Yarn bowl in new design

Black walnut yarn bowl but made a bit smaller than the previously created bowls. The lady wanted a bit of a different shape to this one.

Love spoon

This is a spoon that is being gifted to a friend of ours. It's a lovely design and I really like the little round spoon.
